Aline Argiolas is one of the local suppliers for Bistrot Village de La Peronne Provence and together with her husband Michel turns Provence parfums into sweet deliciousness.At Bistrot you can taste their lavender honey and almonds soufflé and their tarte tropézienne.
Also Brasserie Sulauze cooperates with the store to let consumers discover its ambitious project of a close circuit of crafted beer production. The microbrewery, founded by two self-taught brewer masters, is ideally located on the hills just behind Miramas. Guillaume’s six types of beers proposed in Bistrot are inspired by the sun, the dry and windy landscape of the Mediterranean garrigue.
Together with the beer our advice is to taste the different varieties of quality dried meats offered by Maison Fillière. With a history of more than a century, in Avignon, the Filliere family dedicates itself in the production as well as in the creation of some traditional recipes as the “caillettes”.
Their tasty “ventrèche roulée” is perfectly matched with the tomme from the Fromagerie de l’Ubaye composing the sandwich: Bistrot special.
